To the Parents of New Entrants to P.1 (September 2020)
Â
You should have received your letter from the EAÂ regarding admission to P.1 in September.Â
I would be most grateful if you would forward an e-mail to say whether you are accepting or declining the offer of a place in our school.
We will be in contact at a later date to organise an Induction afternoon for you and your child.
With thanks,
Mrs Mc Anenly (Principal)

Dear Parents and Children,
This year will go down in history as a year when the world changed because of COVID 19. Our lives have changed dramatically since the restrictions have come into place to minimise the spread of the virus. The world will undoubtedly be very different when we get to the other side. To mark this historical moment in time, I would like you to complete your own time capsule. You can download a booklet from twinkl.co.uk/resource/time capsule. Keep it as a record of your time during Coronavirus or create your own pages. Design your own time capsule out of anything you have at home for e.g a shoe box or lunch box.
Put some of the following into your time capsule:
Photos – showing things you did at home e.g  P.E, baking, cycling  Â
You might also want to include photos of empty roads, streets and parks!
Newspaper clippings -positive and negative stories.
Artwork
Memories of special times
Letter/diary entries (the diary will convey your personal thoughts)
Interviews -this will be a great way to show future generations how everyone felt about having to stay at home.
Games/Pack of Cards – to show how families were connecting by playing games and going back to basics.
Â
I hope you enjoy making this capsule, I would love to see some photos of you with your time capsule.
Â
Have Fun!
